Welcome!
I could not be more delighted that you will be joining me this year for my
Christmas Mini Sessions!
These have become a beloved tradition for me, and I can’t wait to see you and your family this year.
Below I will include all of the most important information for the day, including location. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out!
See you soon! - Tiff
This year, my Christmas Minis will be in my new studio shed! Not only does this give us a wonderful, covered space unaffected by the weather, but it gives me much more flexibility in my scheduling (and rescheduling)! I cannot wait to have you come join me in this magical space!

When to Arrive
Please remember that these sessions are stacked and there is no time in between. Plan to show up 5-10 minutes early - this will give you enough time to get settled, and is also helpful if your child(ren) needs to get dressed or needs some time getting used to the location before your session.
We do not have a single minute of wiggle room, and I cannot accommodate you if you show up late. Google the address at least one day prior and plan to leave with extra time. If you are late, I cannot guarantee that you will get enough images for a full gallery, and that’s on you. Be on time!
Sick Policy
If you or your child are, or have been, sick within 72 hours prior to your session (this includes but isn’t limited to vomiting, diarrhea, coughs, runny noses, fever, etc.)
PLEASE LET ME KNOW SO WE CAN RESCHEDULE!
Sick people, especially kids, do not photograph well! In case of germs, sharing is NOT caring. Please do not come and share your germs with me, my family, and the other families who are coming for their session, including some families who may have members who are immunocompromised.
If you show up and you or your children are obviously ill, I will ask you to leave. Don’t waste my time (or yours), I will GLADLY reschedule you!
What to Wear
This is by FAR the question I’m asked the most every year. I do my best to design my sets to be neutral or traditional Christmas themed, to give you plenty of flexibility when choosing. While deciding on your outfits, here are some things to consider:
Do you want to wear something more formal or more casual (anywhere from super fancy to matching jammies)?
Are you dressing the whole family, or just your kids (moms, always choose your outfit first and build from there)?
What is your favorite color palette for Christmas (traditional reds, something more unique like dark teal)?
Once you’ve decided what vibe you’re going for, be sure to mix things up with different colors, patterns, textures, and layers that complement each other.
If you’re still unsure, visit my blog for a guide with more tips!
How to Prepare
To be sure your session goes as smoothly as possible, especially when babies and children are involved, there are a few things you can do to prepare ahead of time.
Be sure that everyone is well-rested
Have everyone arrive with full bellies
Bring extra snacks and drinks just in case
If you have a long drive, plan to come early and dress your kids when you arrive
Bring extra clothes to change into afterward, if their sessions clothes are uncomfortable
Arrive relaxed, knowing that the session will be a FUN experience for everyone!

Thank you again for choosing me to capture these wonderful memories for you. Again, if you have ANY questions leading up to your session, please send me an email and I’m happy to help!
See you soon! xo Tiff
